We Saved Someone's Life + NEWS

Someone told us last month that NOSOTROS saved their life. This man literally said we replaced his addiction. Currently in his 30’s, it’s the first time he’s been sober since 13. Our gym is better than drugs.

Baldwin Wallace University called us a few months back to say that rock climbing leads to recovery. Our immediate response was, how can we help? NOSOTROS ended up providing services to the sober-living, Edna House, and Cleveland.com wrote an article about it. If you don’t have time to read the piece, it says climbing causes:

  • Happiness

  • Belonging

  • Confidence

  • Less stress

  • Sobriety

Our rock holds are absolutely healing households. We’re doing. real. life-changing. work here. So why are we telling you this? Two healthy reasons:

#1 Maybe you know someone who needs those bullet points above. Let’s get them in the gym. Let’s get them healthy - in more ways than one. What NOSOTROS is doing is working.

#2 We have something remarkably healthy to reveal. Let’s just say, our newsletters are about to get awesome. The time isn’t ready yet. But soon - probably November - we’ve got a major announcement. Major. Here’s three clues: it has to do with helping more people, you should be a part of it, and we’ll be needing some good Google reviews!

REAL EXCITING NEWS with fake punch lines:

1. Climbing clinic, Beginner to Badass Season 6, broke a new record by selling out in one day, as evidenced below. Join the waitlist for Beginner to Badass Season 7 - it’ll include free beer so we can break that record

2. We just painted a grey geometric mountain range on our left climbing wall, highlight video below - we’re not a 50 Shades of Grey gym yet, but we’re getting closer

3. We just installed new grey padding to the left side of our gym - we also listed this padding on AirBnB as the biggest bed in the world
