Every membership that a business gets, Nosotros gives a membership to a Breakthrough Schools student on the business’ behalf.

Businesses who get 25-74 memberships for staff pay $55 per month per staff. Businesses who get 75-124 memberships pay $50 per month per staff. Businesses who get 125+ memberships pay $45 per month per staff. There’s 300 students per school, and 12 total Breakthrough schools.

Nosotros can send quarterly reports to businesses that show how often staff are checking in to Nosotros.

Students will still get free climbing to the end of the school year. Businesses have no commitment.

Every other month, Nosotros reports to Breakthrough how many memberships they will receive. We give memberships to entire grades at a time. There are ~75 students per grade. If enough memberships weren’t sold to cover a grade, we’ll hold off two months until we report back when we’ve reached that goal.

There are ~3200 total students attending 10 Breakthrough schools, ~320 students per school, ~75 students per grade, ranging from kindergarten to 8th grade. Our goal is to give free climbing to every student.

The oldest Breakthrough students will be first because they’re the closest to graduate.

Request memberships. Nosotros will contact you to answer questions, determine how many memberships you’d like, set up payment, and send key tags and swag bags for staff. Some companies like to kick things off with a company climbing social.

Yes. Businesses can write letters of encouragement, addressing a group of students. Additionally, Nosotros will host a monthly Breakthrough event for participating businesses, Breakthrough staff, students, and families to freely climb.

Breakthrough Public Schools is the 3rd largest K-8 network of schools in Cuyahoga County serving approximately 3,200 students. There are 10 schools on 5 campuses in Glenville, St Clair - Superior, Lee Harvard, Union Miles, and Cudell. Breakthrough is consistently ranked among the top urban schools in the state of Ohio. Open to all scholars regardless of the zip code. It cost $0 to attend.

We’d like to give free climbing to all ~3600 Breakthrough students so they grow healthier, relational, and confident. We’d like underserved communities to be represented in a climbing gym. And give Breakthrough the opportunity to have their own climbing club, so they can compete with the clubs at St. Edwards, St. Ignatius, and the Hawkins School of Mastery. Further, we’d like to help business join a mission that matters, while engaging staff and customers so everyone profits.

Nosotros’ climbing walls are short, only 12-13 ft tall. Also, there are shorter sections to boost confidence.

Climbing participants acknowledge, agree, and assume sole and exclusive risk of responsibility when on Nosotros’ premises.

We’re one of four 501c3 nonprofit rock climbing gyms in the world. We have good vibes, better fitness, and the best people, with two locations in Lakewood and Downtown Cleveland.

Members get unlimited access to climbing, weight rooms, programs, and guest passes at each gym. Climbing ranges in difficulty from beginner to advanced. Weight rooms include racks, free weights, and cardio machines. Programs include free monthly beginner clinics and free weekly meetups, like Ladies Night. All members get unlimited 1-week guest passes for new visitors.
