FAQ
The Old Gym in the Church
The plan was to keep half of it open all throughout construction so you can keep climbing the entire time. We started dismantling last Friday, March 14 and it went well. We continued construction on Saturday until some drywall fell down from the ceiling. We’ve been on the phone with insurance ever since and had to close.
Loss in Service
We apologize that the gym closed early. Thank you for your support. Let us know how you’d like to handle your credit—if you’d like it added to your membership, just email us to let us know. If you’d prefer to continue supporting our build efforts, no action is needed.
The New Gym in the Screw Factory
Hard Hat Tours
This Friday and Saturday, March 21 and 22, we’re having self-guided hard hat tours. We’ll have stations throughout the gym with valuable info about every part of the space. Schedule your tour by clicking the button below or at the bottom of this page.
Grand Opening
We’re sprinting to open during the week of March 24th, with a tentative date set for Thursday the 27th. We’ll officially announce the Grand Opening at least three days in advance—once we’re down to our final three to-dos. Demand for the Grand Opening is substantial. We’ll have giveaways, raffles, snacks, drinks, and a 12x12 Kilterboard Masterclass. We’re expected to reach our occupancy capacity so we have to sell tickets. We recommend buying now before sold out.
Nonmembers are $20: can be applied to a Day Pass, 5 Punch or Membership
Members are free: but still have to buy a ticket now for $0 so we can manage capacity
Ticket sales are at the button below or at the bottom of this page.
New Gym Upgrades
This is the best gym that we’ve ever built and we’re doing the unthinkable. We’re not raising membership rates yet. That means you get all this at the same price:
✅ Double the space – twice the experience
✅ 10x the parking – 150 spots right at the door
✅ New climbing walls, holds, volumes
✅ 2 Kilterboards – including a 12x12 adjustable
✅ New weights, pads, programs – more ways to train
✅ 2 extra feet of climbing height – more room to move
Memberships
Our one and only 24/7 Membership stays $69/mo for the first two months. If you’re ready for a promotion–we have two better memberships to get you faster results without risk.
24/7 Membership $69/mo ($16/wk). For those who need flexibility. Get unlimited access to the climbing gym and weight room. This membership comes with an app on your phone to open the gym door anytime—day or night.
Club Membership $168/mo ($39/wk). For those who need structure. Clubs surround you with a group of motivated people who get stronger together twice a week at the same time and place with a dedicated coach. Includes 24/7 gym access, plus training 2x/wk in one club: climbing, or Zumba, or youth (current youth grandfathered, see FAQ). Join the Clubs waitlist.
Mastery Membership $495/mo ($115/wk). For those who want every advantage. Includes 24/7 gym access, plus access to every club training session: climbing, and Zumba, and youth for your child or business consultation for yourself. Join the Mastery waitlist.
All Memberships Include:
Prepay Savings: Save 10% when you prepay for a year.
Guest Passes: Bring a first-time guest for free every day and give them a week-long pass.
*We’re just showing pricing weekly, but we’re sticking with billing monthly.
Passes
Day Pass $20. Climbing gym, weight room, and Zumba (on Zumba days).
5 Punch $90. No expiration–use five passes whenever you want.
2 Week Trial $99 • 14 days of unlimited climbing, weights, Zumba, shoe rentals, and access to the climbing, Zumba, and business consultation club training sessions.
What Happens After Two Months?
Everything stays the same except for the 24/7 Membership. It will bump from $16/week to either $17 or $18/week, so either 1 or 2 bucks–less than a coffee. The bump is based on value and capacity. The value of the new gym is clear, but we don’t yet know how full it will get. We’re not really trying to pack as many people in the gym as possible. We want an amazing experience, not a crowded circus. Adjusting rates helps balance demand and gives you some breathing room. When the price bump happens, we’ll offer two ways to save money. First, you can prepay for a year at the lower rate before the increase. Second, you can refer friends for free months. Each friend = 1 free month. Refer 12 friends = 1 year free.
FAQ
Why are you keeping rates the same for the first two months? We planned to bump memberships to $75 back in January—before the move, in the basement. And honestly–we probably should have. But, we held off so you can experience the new gym without any hurdles. We take care of you, you take care of us.
Square footage of old gym vs new gym? 3,000 to 6,400 sq ft.
Parking of old gym vs new gym? 15 to 150 spaces.
More about the climbing walls? We’ve professionally built brand-new textured climbing walls and installed 13,568 holes and hardware by hand so your climbs feel more dynamic than the average gym. Wall height: 16 ft. Wall features: 43 ft of slab, 60 ft of vert, 18 ft of 10º overhang, 35 ft of 20º overhang, 26 ft of 45º overhang, a 7x10 static Kilterboard, and a 12x12 adjustable Kilterboard that ranges from about 10º to 60º.
Youth Club prices? The kids in our current Youth Club are grandfathered in at the same rate for the first two months of the gym.
What’s coming in the gym future? So much; to mention a few: outdoor climbing events, consistent competitions, and a special member network where we can benefit from each other. Keep climbing–there’s a lot to look forward to.
The Refer-a-Friend Program? For every friend you refer who enrolls in any recurring membership, you’ll receive a full month of service free. Refer 12 friends in a year, and your membership is completely free for the year—our way of saying thanks. Note: if demand gets too high, we may need to adjust the program to ensure the best experience for everyone.
Why three tiers of membership? After 14 years of refining a gym (seven years preparing, seven years operating)—one thing is clear: people don’t want memberships, they want results. But results fade when motivation wears off. So we’ve spent 1,000 hours over the past year preparing two higher-level memberships that keep people longer and stronger. The Clubs and Mastery Memberships give you our most valuable assets: expertise and attention. They include science-backed workouts with a social advantage. You get consistency: training 2x/week, every week, at the same time and place. Sessions are private and guaranteed, so you never have to book in. Plus, you get accountability: People put in 60% when exercising solo but 95% in a group with a coach who makes sure you show up and work harder than you would alone. Join the waitlist.
What’s included in business consultation? For those who work in a business, own a business, or want to start one, we help in three key areas: Systems, Marketing, and Counsel. Systems: identify constraints, create solutions, and build SOPs for growth. Marketing: daily recognition on gym signage and weekly exposure on gym socials (18K+ subscribers). Counsel: strategy sessions to clarify your ideas, remove worries, and define a clear path forward.
